Our Story
The Educational Engine of Vapi
The Rotary Foundation for Education and Learning (ROFEL) was created in 1985 to meet the growing need for higher education in the rapidly industrializing region of Vapi. Under the visionary chairmanship of Padma Bhushan Rajnikant Shroff, it has grown exponentially.
In 2023, ROFEL reached its ultimate milestone by achieving full University status. This historic transition paves the way for innovative, research-driven education aligned with the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020.
